Tuition to attend 12 hour Workshop $200/candidate
Example: MON and TUE 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30 minute lunch included each day)
TWO-6 hour segments (training each morning; implementation of skills after each session for remainder of day).
This training presentation will consist of Job Searching Tips & Resources; Resume & Cover Letter Writing; Professional Sales Training and live skill set practice and mock interviewing interaction. We will also:
- Cover professional selling principles
- Establish rapport using characteristics interviewers typically seek
- Building relationships through better research and intelligence gathering
- Write & review 30-second "selling-yourself" commercials
- Developing your opening lines: Questions to ask the employer
- Understanding how to SEGUE through the interview
- Secrets of handling the question: "Why should I select you?"
- Understanding buying signals, body language and non-verbal communication
- Overcoming objections and dealing with "knock out questions"
- Telephone skills sets: How to handle the telephone interviews
- Your "I CAN" and your "I WILL" is more important than your I.Q.
- Avoiding the salary and money issue until they bring it up
- Developing a sense of humor and selling yourself as a TEAM player
- After the Interview: How to follow-up
- Demonstrating VALUE over your competition
